COVID-19 Update

We are so excited to be able to offer take out beginning Friday, May 29. We will start the season offering take-out twice per week.
Hours of operation:
Friday, May 29th – 4pm-7pm
Saturday, May 30th – 11am- 2pm and 4pm-7pm

To make curbside reservations call {207} 889-2863 during the below hours:
Thursday, May 28th..11am-3pm
Friday, May 29th…11am-5pm
Saturday, May 30th..10am-5pm
It is important that you speak directly with either Stacie or Karl to place your order, please, no phone messages.

Takeout menu & Under 12 menu

We will offer more take-out hours as demand increases. Be sure to call ahead to place your order. We are operating with limited staff in the kitchen so give us as much notice as possible to reduce your wait. Calling a day ahead, especially for larger orders, will guarantee that we can fill your order.

When you arrive at PYC to pick up your order, give us a call and we will bring your food to your car.

The dining room will open for dinner June 5th, reservations only, no walk-ins. Due to CDC and local requirements we plan to make adjustments to the monthly dining room minimums. Details will be sent to you all next week. Stay tuned.

Wedge Salad Grilled Halibut  Fettuccine Corn & Shrimp Chowder

Executive Chef Stacie Blouin-Grondin strives to offer fine dining that meets a wide variety of tastes of our members.  She uses fresh, locally-grown food whenever possible.  Almost every item is made from scratch in our own Kitchen.  Chef Stacie, notes in particular, the attention to vegetarian and gluten-free items.  She is always pleased to meet special diet restrictions — just ask your server.
