PYC Executive Chef,  Stacie Blouin-Grondin, rotates menus weekly.
Reservations are recommended for parties of 6 or more so we can reconfigure tables in advance and staff accordingly. Reservations are required for Friday and Saturday nights for all. Call (207) 899-2863 for reservations.

Children’s Menuavailable for 12 and younger.

The PYC Executive Chef offers a Racers Post Race Menu  for the Etchells and the J24 Fleet social gatherings post-race.  A two day advance notice is requested. Our Bar Manager, Karl, will step up the station ready to welcome hungry racers returning for the race  results gathering in the Great Room, post race.  The small size serves 20 people, the large size serves 50.
