Initiation fees and member dues are subject to the Board’s review on an annual basis in December. The initiation fee is two times the Boating membership dues. Wait-listed applicants should check this webpage for the current price structure.

Intermediate members will complete payment of the full Initiation Fee at the time they become Boating members.

Payment Schedule for New Members
Newly admitted members will be billed for Annual Dues, Initiation Fee, and any Assessment previously billed to members during the current fiscal year. Payment will be due on the following schedule:
- 50% by 30 days after notification of admission or February 1, whichever is later.
- 50% by April 1 or 90 days after notification of admission, whichever is later.
Monthly Dining Minimum: $100 each month during the season. New this year members have a premium option allowing for one $500 payment by the start of the season and then having the flexibility of not having a monthly minimum. Bottle Locker Rental: Large – $20 Small – $15
Small Boat Storage (Spring to Fall): The Club offers limited small boat storage for dinghies, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards. The cost for storing a small boat/kayak/paddle board is $75 for field storage or a rack. If you use your assigned rack for long term storage, and want to voluntarily offer it to a member who uses theirs more frequently, field storage is available for long term storage. This year the Club purchased 2 quality dinghy dollies for field storage boats. If you need assistance moving your small boat from the field to the shoreline and back, please contact the Dock house at least 2 hours prior so they can arrange to help you move it: (207) 781-9820 ext. 19. Visiting Yacht Facilities Use Fee: New this year we will have WiFi in the anchorage for visting yachts.
Functions & Events: The Club welcomes and encourages members to use the Club for parties, business meetings, weddings, and similar events. Within certain limitations, a member may also sponsor an event for a non-member — for example, a member could sponsor a wedding reception for a friend, or a meeting of an organization.
