What Junior Sailors must bring to the program each day:
-PFD (lifejacket).
-Whistle. Please attach to PFD.
-Water bottle. With water inside.
-Bathing suit and an extra set of dry clothes
-Towel.
-Hat or visor, and sunglasses.
-Sun Block. We recommend 30 or higher.
-Lunch (Snack for 1/2 day kids)
-Appropriate clothing for all weather conditions.
-Proper footwear: close toe shoes
Program Rules
1. Respect yourself, your coaches, your peers, and all Yacht Club members and staff.
2. Junior Sailors always use the junior entrance, which is the deck door.
3. Junior Sailors must be accompanied by an adult member in the senior clubhouse.
4. Junior Sailors must walk around the parking lot side of the building. The area in front of the senior clubhouse porch (front lawn) is off limits.
5. Junior Sailors must wear proper footwear at all times.
6. PFD’s with attached whistles must be properly worn on the ramp, docks, and in the boats.
7. Junior Sailors must stay on Yacht Club grounds during program hours. Junior Sailors may not leave the Yacht Club during lunch.
8. Junior Sailors will not use foul language at any time.
9. Junior Sailors will stay out of the pond at all times.
10. Junior Sailors will not use illegal drugs or alcohol.
