Stacie Blouin-Grondin has accepted the Executive Chef position.
Stacie studied Biology at Salve Regina University in Newport RI. In 1993 she graduated second in her class at the Connecticut Culinary Institute in New Haven. Earlier in her career she worked at resort hotels in Colorado. After coming to Maine she worked at Finch’s in Falmouth, Hurricane in Kennebunkport, Bintliff’s Ocean Grill in Edgecomb, and helped open Solo Bistro in Bath.
More recently she has been Executive Chef at the Small Point Club in Phippsburg, where she lives with her husband and two growing children. You may have also tasted her food and especially pastries at Sebasco Harbor Resort.
Your first taste of her cooking will happen at Commissioning on May 12, followed by Mother’s Day Brunch on May 14.
